Absolute Performance and Wellness is your go to pro shop in Paradise, NL, located just off the ORR at the Kenmount Road exit. We are the place to go for the Maximum Edge skate sharpening, profiling and best skate maintenance program in the Paradise and surrounding area. We sell products from sticks, tape, accessories, and much more. We also do team and individual sport specific training, plus morning and lunchtime bootcamps in our 3000 sq ft strength and conditioning training facility. We have dietitians on staff to get you or your athletic child started in the right direction with diet plans, guides and some solid healthy eating advise.  If you're a coach or know a coach that is looking for something extra to do with their team or individuals please don't hesitate to call or drop by for a site visit - we would love to see you!
